ROASTED MILK WITH CHEESE
The special way to eat milk, cheese roast milk, have you made it? My child can eat three pieces at a time. 1.Pour the milk, corn starch, egg yolk and sugar into the pot.
2. Use a Non-stick Silicone Eggbeater to stir the above materials fully.
3.Melt over low heat, then add a slice of cheese.
4.Stir while cooking until it becomes a textured viscous state.
5.Pour the boiled milk paste into the container, smooth the surface, cover with fresh-keeping film and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
6.Invert and take out the frozen milk paste and cut it into blocks.
7.Place on a baking tray and use a Silicone Pastry Basting Grill Barbecue Brush with egg yolk liquid.
8.Preheat the oven at 210 ℃ and bake the middle layer for 25 minutes.
●Make some space between each piece when baking, because it will swell when baking.
●Keep the fire low and stir constantly when cooking.
●Sugar can also be exchanged for the same amount of condensed milk or you can make sugar free.
● Bake the thick one for 25 minutes and the thin one for 20 minutes.
